How to Redeem your De Freitas Dough?

It’s really quite simple. Just email help@engagedgroups.com and we’ll hook you up with:

•  A coupon to use at checkout
• A unique payment link with additional instructions
• Direct access to the offer(s) you’ve chosen

Please note: During launches and promotional periods, we get more than usual requests to redeem De Freitas Dough. Not to worry, as long as we’ve received an email from you before any deadlines, you’ll still get any discounts, bonuses, etc. that were offered at the time you sent your email.

 What can you spend De Freitas Dough on?

De Freitas Dough can be redeemed for nearly anything we sell – with a few exceptions that are noted below.

To see a list of what is currently available, head to the Everything Page and/or make sure you’re receiving Sandra’s emails.

De Freitas Dough cannot be redeemed for:

• Memberships / ongoing subscriptions (except towards the initial payment if you’re a new subscriber)
• More De Freitas Dough (I think this explains itself)
• Collaborative Offers (where more than one business is creating/delivering/contributing to the offer or service)
• Live in-person events

De Freitas Dough is either valid for:

1. A fixed period of time from date of purchase/issue (i.e. 6 months from date of issue)

or

2. A fixed period of time between two fixed dates, independent of the date of purchase (for example, purchased De Freitas Dough Valid between October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025)

The specifics of your De Freitas Dough expiration will be confirmed, via email, at the point of purchase/issue.

The last day of your De Freitas Dough being available to you is your Expiry Date. De Freitas Dough expires at midnight Toronto Canada time on the Expiry Date.

Any unused or unspent De Freitas Dough will not be able to be redeemed after the Expiry Date has passed. Expiry Date extensions will not be given, except in extenuating circumstances. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

As a courtesy, we will send you a reminder 60 and 30 days before your De Freitas Dough Expiry Date. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to use your De Freitas Dough before its Expiry Date.

De Freitas Dough is Non-Refundable, Non-Transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

If you claim a refund on a purchase made using De Freitas Dough (either in full or in part), any full or partial payments that were made using De Freitas Dough will be refunded in De Freitas Dough (not in cash). We will adjust Expiry Dates accordingly if necessary.

De Freitas Dough cannot be transferred to another person, business, or member of your team under any circumstances. It’s only for you.

We Reserve the Right to Remove or Restrict De Freitas Dough Usage

Where De Freitas Dough has been given as a bonus, a gift, a courtesy, a fun surprise, or under any other circumstance (with the exception of De Freitas Dough that has been purchased), we reserve the right to remove, revoke, restrict or otherwise make void De Freitas Dough balances in case of abuse or other exceptional circumstances.

These circumstances will be handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

How to Check on Your De Freitas Dough Balance

You can check your De Freitas Dough balance at any time by contacting help@engagedgroups.com. Please provide the email address you have the balances under. If you suspect you may have balances under multiple email addresses, please supply all email addresses you currently have in use, so we can review for you and consolidate them under one email address.
