We just recently wrapped up our Recurring Revenue Summer Camp, and we got such great feedback about how valuable it was to people building their memberships, which was really exciting to see.
I also keep getting incredible feedback on the list of deliverables we have for membership site owners. This list has over 80 different deliverables you could choose to put into your membership. Now, I’m not saying you need to implement all 80, or even 10. I recommend up to 4 that you deliver over and over again to your group every month.
But there’s also some great ideas in there for bonus deliverables that you don’t deliver every month. These bonuses can increase engagement or retention.
I kept getting feedback that this PDF alone was worth more than the course, so I was a bit hesitant to sell it just for $9. But there are people out there who don’t know who I am or who haven’t bought from me yet, and this would be a great first thing to buy. While I’m not expecting to make a million dollars from this offer, it has created some unique possibilities, and I want to share what they are.
My membership deliverable list was promoted in different places online, and now people who have never heard of me before bought this offer and are now on my email list and know about my other offerings. People who pay for something you offer are on a different level than someone who’s only signed up for your newsletter; it’s easier for them to buy from you again.
If you’re working on your first membership, or working on revamping a current membership, this membership deliverable list would be amazing for you. Even if you have a course and you want to offer some deliverables to support that course, this list would be great for you.
