Episode Description:

Sandra shares her predictions for business trends in 2024.

Show notes

“There’s going to be chaos with different things happening in the world. Absolutely. But what we can control is our own business and our own things.”

Happy New Year everyone! In this episode we’re going to be talking about predictions for 2024, and I have a list!

2023 was a really strange year. Low ticket items sold really well, and so did very high level ticket items, but things in the middle price range didn’t seem to do very well. Will this continue into 2024? I’m predicting that this is a customer behavior trend we’ll have to keep an eye on. But if you’re interested in learning more about creating more low ticket or high ticket items, we have workshops on both! Check out our low ticket membership workshop, Fill Your Funnel, or our high level membership workshop, High Level MRR

Something else to keep our eye on is AI. It will be good to figure out how AI can help your business, and how it can assist you when you’re stuck, or help to compensate for your weaknesses. Meta just announced they’ll be bringing AI into groups, and it will comment on questions in your group if no one has answered it within an hour, and summarize discussions from posts. I’m not sure if I love this, but it will be interesting to see how it works.

In 2024 we’ll also want to focus on sustainability. If we’re shipping things out to clients, how can we reduce the packaging? We’ll want to make sure that anything we send is functional, and isn’t just destined for the dumpster.

Looking forward to 2024, we’re dealing with inflation and possibly a recession, so we’ll really want to examine where our money and time is going. It will be important to diversify where our money is coming from, and to have multiple streams of income if possible. Collaborating with others to expand our business will also be an important component in 2024.

It will also be important to keep in mind important events, like elections and updates in the supply chain, and to know how these things can impact your business. Though we can’t control the outside world, we can control our business.

These are the trends I think we should all be keeping our eyes on in 2024 so we can stay prepared. I’m hoping we all make 2024 a great year!
