Q: Can I pay with PayPal?
A:
Unfortunately, PayPal has not been playing nice with entrepreneurs lately. They’ve been investigating businesses to ensure they are legal businesses and processing money online in a legal way (even if they have had a history with PP for over a decade).
PayPal has blocked entrepreneurs from accessing their PayPal account and funds. As a result they have lost revenue and PayPal didn’t process recurring payments while it was investigating them. This has caused a huge mess with many entrepreneurs.
So at this time we are accepting payment via credit cards (aka Stripe).
Q: Will the price go up?
A:
Yes. We see this membership increasing to $300/month this year.
Q: How can I ask my questions?
A:
You can ask your questions on the zoom call or in the Facebook group.
On the Zoom calls we will work in a “first come, first served” fashion. When you come in, post in the chat “question” so I know you are here with a question vs attending to listen in.
There’s a lot of gold in just listening in.
Q: Who are the other coaches?
A:
Katie Momo is our copy coach! Ask her to review your copy on your sales pages or even just your video or image caption. She knows how to tweak things for more sales and interest! Katie has written copy that sells. She has been the copy writer for many 7-figure launches.
Ita Udo-Ema is our video and audio coach! Ask him about getting your YouTube videos ranked, starting with YouTube and anything Podcasting. He is known to give you simple steps to follow that make an impact.
Q: What if CDBA is not for me?
A:
If you find that the support, coaching and content is not for you, no worries! You can cancel anytime.
You would have the option to go back to your previous Engaged Groups membership subscription at the price point that you are currently paying. We got you!
Not so fine print:
Refunds are provided the first 7 days of membership only.
Cancellations must be made 5 business days before a subscription renews by contacting our support team at help@engagedgroups.com.
No refunds will be given if you cancel less than 4 days before a subscription renews or after your subscription payment processes. Sorry but Stripe charges us money to refund money!

Hi, I’m Sandra De Freitas.
I’m a Business Coach who has been an online entrepreneur since 2005, and I specialize in launches, and in using groups to grow your audience, get its members engaged, warmed up, and ready to buy during your next launch!
I have a passion for helping other exhausted, overwhelmed business owners to turn their groups into powerful business- and profit-growing tools. Although I have no visions of being a celebrity, I’ve become well-known for the way I manage groups.
This year, I’m celebrating 17 years in business in the Internet marketing world (yes I was only 8 years old when I became an entrepreneur!).
During those years I wrote the book on using the web to grow your profits (it’s called “Does This Blogsite Make My Wallet Look Fat?”). I’ve earned more than 10 digital marketing certifications from Digital Marketer, and I’ve spoken on many big stages, even emceeing live events.
I was also a Head Coach for The Membership Experience’s high-end TRIBE + program for a year, alongside Stu McLaren.
During that time, I did launch consulting, online technology consulting, created launch debriefs, membership site tours, ran hot-seat coaching, and held more than 300 one-on-one coaching calls.
More importantly for the purpose of this story, I was the Community Manager for six of their groups (one had more than 16,000 members when I left!). I was a natural. The groups I managed thrived. They boasted high engagement, lots of sales, and great cultures. Often, I found myself answering questions about tech, strategy, and The Membership Experience course material. This all came so naturally to me that I didn’t realize it was actually a specialty!
When I left “The Membership Experience” to focus on my own business once again, lots of people were curious about the work I’d pursue. A surprising number of people—frustrated, overwhelmed community managers who couldn’t quite get their groups to take off like mine had—asked me to create a certification program for community managers. But my passion was teaching business owners (like you!). So I put out a rough course outline in one of my own groups, and so many people wanted it!
As popularity in the course expanded, I was able to expand my offerings and share more of my knowledge with others. Now, I’m happily pursuing my passion of helping fellow entrepreneurs reach their goals.
